Information for Delegates

 

Passports and Visas

A valid passport is mandatory.

Visas are required by most non-residents except ECOWAS nationals. Visas must be acquired in advance at a Ghanaian Embassy or High Commission. For a list of Ghana Embassies abroad and contact information, please visit: http://www.touringghana.com/visas.asp

Delegates who do not have a Ghanaian Embassay or High Commission in their home country should contact us to make arrangements to acquire a visa at the point of entry.

 

Health Requirements

Yellow fever vaccination is required by all (except infants less than one year). A valid yellow ferever vaccination certificate is required.

 

Local Transportation

A shuttle service from Kotoka International Airport to Alisa Hotel will be provided for workshop delegates. Meetings will be held on-site at the Alisa Hotel.

Taxis and public transportation are widely available for travel within Accra.

 

Accomodations

Workshop participants will stay at Alisa Hotel in Accra, Ghana.

Self-funded participants who intend to stay at Alisa Hotel should contact us for their bookings.
